This girl (my ideal female bodytype BTW) bangs out 15
Very very impressive 💪😎
-
Seems fake/hoax to me, probably a reason the video skipped from rep #5 to rep #10. She was struggling after two or three, zero chance she really did 13 more. The last four were clearly garbage "reps".

Why skip 5 reps are peoples attention spans that bad?

Yep those last 4-5 were really grinders
If she did those in real a tip if the hat to her as that takes lots of drive/ambition

my max is 15 so far
Aimed for 20 but fucked up my elbow tendon
-
I’ve been able to do 20 at my skinniest, but when I was bigger and juicing I maxed around 15 I think.
As I got older I do them assisted as injury isn’t worth it.

My all time PR was bodyweight plus 50 pounds round my waist for
And I was pure natty at the time
I also pause pressed 225 for a double at 150 again full natty

On what planet would 8 pullups be considered good?
-
From ai
Truly untrained average man (no gym, no sports): Usually 0–3 pull-ups. Many can’t do even one strict rep.
Moderately active man (does push-ups, gym, or sports occasionally): Around 5–8 pull-ups.
Fit man who trains regularly (strength training, calisthenics, etc.): Usually 10–15 pull-ups.
Very strong / athletic men (military, gymnastics, climbing, CrossFit, etc.): Often 15–25+ pull-ups.
