I am not high Coach, but it seems you may be because Jack Smith neither was nor is he currently charged with treason. ;D
Smith has been under investigation for alleged Hatch Act violations. The OSC investigation does not carry any criminal charges. The most severe penalty under the Hatch Act is termination of employment which is a moot point since Jack Smith resigned January 2025 before Trump took office.

I was not lying. If had posted I did not call January 6th and insurrection or I never called January 6th an insurrection, that would be a lie. What I posted was I do not believe I called January 6th and insurrection, as in I don't think I called January 6th and insurrection. Perhaps you do not know what I do not believe means... look it up.

Like much of the country, I and I suspect my two comrades were literally glued to the media coverage of January 6, 2021, while it was transpiring and being broadcasted on every network. Speaking for the three of us, we don't need you - who long before the January 6th insurrection, fell under Donald Trump's spell, including everything he says, does and touches. You are one among several of his best cult followers. This is as obvious to most people as what was happening at the Capitol on that day.
To be quite honest. I am very surprised you have not been implicated as one of the insurrectionists who stormed the Capitol on January 6th.
