Lol. Branch looked good in his early days for a few years. One things for sure: he had a good promoter/manager that got him good exposure and financial boosts. He made the most of it while he could. Agreed: not a good physique on this guy, imo

He has no proof. He thinks its 2006 and the best way to win an argument is to call someone a gimmick. One things for sure, Royalty, the most insane, obnoxious, schmoe on GB, would love to be alone with Shaun and turn the lights out.
Personally, I don't really get the hate on Clarida. He's shredded and he's carrying a lot of muscle. Doesn't every pro use oil? For certain the #1 and #2 bodybuilders in the world do. Lumpsford and Hadi are obvious users. I don't know all the top pro's by name but there are only a few who look great and don't have obvious signs of oil use.
People say today's pros lack the conditioning of the 90's pros, Dorian, Levrone, Ray etc... but others say its the lighting that is used today at pro shows that just doesn't create the same dramatic effect and actually washes out the detail. I think these pics suppoty that point. This dude is fucking ripped.

These guys put their hearts and souls into this and often there are mistakes, and we can comment on oil or guts, etc. but none of this should be “pathetic”. I’d leave that to people who don’t lift or care about lifting.

What is really tiresome is what the sport has become. He absolutely looks like shit , especially compared to guys 40 years ago. The sport has regressed to a freak show of drugged up abortions. I don't care how much heart & soul they poured into it

I think he's fun to watch and things really pop and the oil isn't even as irritating looking as on some others. Somehow he makes it work still. The delts are also kind of made of oil, Hadi's delts have this pointy strand in middle that distracts a lot, Clarida somewhow managed to make the whole delt round and full LOL. BTW, it's not unthinkable Hadi's delts are the result of regular gear if he put much of his stack in that spot over a long period of time. I always said on here that if you can make site injections work then I see zero 'ethical' problems with. It's when it makes a physique really ugly when there's a problem. There was a podcast with three bodybuilding personalities who said let's face it, all the fitness and figure girls use oil, it's part of it now. It came up because some former woman O winner now placed 2nd and said an injustice had been made, is this the OILympia now? and now everyone hates her. One thing I've thought about Clarida and it's that you sort of root for him because he's this miniature happy giant killer. Many want him to well just based on this, I don't know if it sort of demeans him but I haven't really seen much hate towards him. It's certainly now almost a requirement to build an extra rear delt with oil which then becomes scar tissue.

How distracting do you find the delts on the new Figure O?
The second place horseface made herself really unpopular with her comments, now she's a c_nt, bitch etc, by some big names too.
Branch coming out initially looked absolutely brutal. 2009.

Big fan of Haney. But today no one today could put him in the top even if they "preferred" that type of physique. You would've heard, 'does he even squat' and 'did he go in clean?' And they'd say he was 9 weeks out, not an ass striation in sight :D

Not as distracting as her face! She's hard on the eyes, lol.
As far as "hating" on clarida, its just all the typical 'looks like shit' comments. But, thats to be expected on GB its part of the GB atmosphere. But even in comments on IG he gets a lot of flack. Imo, a lot of current pros LLS. So I don't see what makes him any worse.
As you say he makes good use of the oil. He's managed a rounder look minus the pointy rear delts and triceps. The one picture of his triceps looks more like a tear/partial tear, the other arm the muscle belly is longer. Whatever the case, his level of conditioning is insane in the video.

It's not lights out when the guy is shorter than my woman. Yes most pro's are very impressive in person, but some are not, and usually the very short ones.
