What's crazy is synthol is taking gym rats to ifbb pro status in like ...well as much synthol as you can afford apparently. What used to take a decade is done in 2 years now, tops. There are ifbb pros who I watched shoot up the ranks with oil. The giveaway is always the hamstrings and lower back.

I can't tell for sure but the marks may be for the opposite reasons. Liposuction scars, local lipolytic injections such as choline or even attempts at local diuresis (Thiomucase used to come in amps as well).

synthol doesnt, it's meant to stay and has deleterious effects long term like blocking blood flow, necrosis and what not. There's some pubmed article on it.

But get this, medium chain glycerides are thought of as quickly dispersing oils and some labs use it a lot, especially for gear you want to be fast acting. Something about the repeated injections causes scar tissue formation. Some SEO brands actually contain collagen to increase the scar tissue/collagen formation. I don't think the MCT itself stays very long. I think castor oil is a slower metabolised oil; I think the long acting test undecanoates are compouded with that.
Even with insulin it's always recommended to roate sites because repeated hits can actually destroy the fat cells causing lumps; lipodystrohy.
This has been a popular spot reducing product for decades. Don't know if it works
