Most Christian BBer goes to that Eric dude that had the busted up teeth and claimed that getting them fixed would be an affront to God because it was the way God made him and he should not be altering it. While doing a 180 and dodging the question of why he was using steroids, HGH and synthol to alter his God since God didn't make him that way.

PMMA has been used for a while mostly by women who want bigger firmer asses. Plastic surgeons in I think Brazil pioneered the concept. It's probably used to enhance lips, breasts I kind of doubt. Too much going on in breast tissue, seems risky.
Glutes are an ideal area due to poor blood flow. You can inject the shit in your ass and assuming it's sterile decent chance your body won't reject it. For bodybuilding purposes, unless you want a bigger ass I don't see the appeal. Injecting it into other muscles is INSANE due to greater blood flow to these areas.
Rich piana admitted to using the crap as it stays where it's injected and the body cannot break it down. So, let's ask ourselves, how safe is it to inject this shit into your body? Hmm
No one ever said bodybuilders were super intelligent and this just goes to show. Historically younger guys will trade their souls to get big so if word on the street is that PMMA works and it's safe I'm sure many are using it. I assumed it was synthol abuse but this seems more likely. This explains why guys are bigger from obvious SEO but their muscles still have definition (unlike synthol, think Ernie Taylor and nasser etc) I'm betting this is the crap flex out In his arms which is why they look horrid and retarded now years later.

Nearly every bodybuilding “expert” this year all said the major reason Derek won the Mr O this year was because of how much he improved his legs. Amazing that he did it this year after hiring his new Brazilian trainer isn’t it?
Derek is absolutely loaded with oil and pmma. Look at pics of him from just a few years ago. He’s completely changed the shape of some of his bodyparts. His legs used to never even have a sweep on them. His arms are so full of shit they don’t even flex anymore. And most of his upper body including his chest has no vascularity or striations even in contest shape. Only striations on his entire body are his glutes.

The Coelho woman most likely has done that procedure judging by the pics. But does it matter, what to think of it? Personally I always said I have no problem with whatever as long as it looks "good"... though competitors may not agree, "cheating" and what not. I really disliked Palumbo's stance on Derek, you have to read between the lines, I don't think he takes Aceto's word for it automatically but he dare not say it outright.
