2026 Arnold Sports Festival, in Columbus, Ohio, will be held on March 5-8. The 2026 Arnold Classic Bodybuilding competition is on Friday and Saturday.

Will be at the Arnold Classic in Columbus, lots of meetings with friends and various supplement companies. From what it looks like, this is going to be the biggest Arnold Classic event (with all of the competitions, and expo) since Covid began. The expo hours also look to be longer this year, from 10am to 7pm, which is a very long time for vendors.

Maybe he should have hired a coach to teach him how to actually pose like someone who gives a crap?
Maybe he should have taken his diet a bit more seriously instead of bragging about his cheat days and how far ahead he thought he was in his mind?
Maybe he should have put a tad more effort and exertion into his cardio instead of at the pace of a senior citizen after knee replacement surgery?
Maybe he should not have disregarded different ways of training instead of bragging about how his training style is the only style that makes sense?
Maybe he should have focused more on the contest prep instead of bragging about and showing off his worthless new Mustang and ugly private gym on social media?
Maybe he should have wiped the smug grin off his face as he strutted around on stage with his junkie homeless mustache and greasy matted hair?
Maybe instead of prancing around in the new Gym Shark shirt and thinking that he’s the best thing since sliced bread, he could have been a bit more humble and realized he should have hired a coach? And maybe if he ever does hire a coach, they could help him understand why it’s a wise idea to shower every day instead of always smelling like onions, lunch meat, and body odor?

Sam isn’t doing too well.
I thought he looked pretty good, but it makes you realize how much of a difference there is between top pros and normal humans. As good as he looks, Sam is more of a normal human. Shape, proportion, insertions, tiny joints genetics amount to massive differences once on stage.
