The 2026 Los Angels Fit Expo will be held at the LA Convention Center SOUTH HALL, on January 10-11th
First event of the new year for us out here and what a difference a year makes. Last year, at this time, the area was burning with thousands of homes lost. This year, so far, it has been raining for the last 7-10 days with cool weather.
Hope to see some of you there...

Thanks, Ron. Have a safe trip.

I wonder what the turn out will be like?

Hopefully good - there is no rain in sight right now, the skies will be sunny, so that means a lot of people are going to come - looks to be a good event, last year was hard because of the fires a week or so before.

After that deluge over New Years this year much less the anniversary of the fires, we could all use some good news in the form of pictures of fitness hotties, schmoes, and Mass Monsters. Please take lots of photos and post them. Thanks Ron!

Ron,
I was there Sunday. Not sure if you were there, or if so, I do not know what you look like.
It was all great fun.
It was fun seeing the old timers like Lee Priest, Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman, Kai Greene, Shawn Ray. But it was also fun seeing the newer guys, Martin Fitzwater, Sam Sulek, Regan Grimes, Terrence Ruffin, Shaun Clarita, the Tren Twins. And fun seeing just notable people walking around, like Hunter Labrada and Jo Palacios.
I was able to load up on lots of free samples!
If anyone has the opportunity to attend something like this, wherever whenever, I couldn't encourage them enough to go. It is one thing to see photos or videos of bodybuilding greats on social media but it is a whole other experience seeing and meeting them in person.

I only went Saturday this year, Sunday was family day catching up with all. Yes, seeing the old times was cool, and watching some of these new influencers was also interesting... the Tren Twins had one of the largest lines out there. Mostly met with a lot of our vendors and customers there. Legendary Foods has the new Mac N Cheese with 47 grams of protein which tasted pretty good. Crisp Power Chips has there two new flavors. EPH Labs had 14 girls in the booth, along with good friends who work there. Loved the California Ice Protein ice creams. Mutant Supplements has a cool booth, met with them too. The drink Bad Mermaid was an interesting novelty, as well has Melting Mushroom drink....
Yes, good conversations with Jay Cutler, Shawn Ray and others. We would up going to dinner with the Legendary Foods crew that evening too.
I actually did meet quite a few people there who did come up to say hello, but only got to see the Musclecontest Bodybuilding contest just for a few minutes, as time went much quicker this year. So what samples did I take home with me... some Oxyshred, and lots of protein donuts (from Legendary and Redefine Foods)
They did have a special 'Influencer Lounge' there which you could meet some of the influencers at a certain time, and avoid the long lines, which was nice. Would up talking to quite a few people in there too.

Very good, Ron.
