This is old-school Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU)! You may remember that Ferrigno and Davies starred in the 1989 TV movie, The Trial of the Incredible Hulk
Bill Bixby was David Banner; Lou Ferrigno was the Hulk (of course). Rex Smith played Matt Murdock/Daredevil, and John Rhys Davies played Wilson Fisk/Kingpin.

Trial of the Incredible Hulk was supposed to be the pilot for a Daredevil series (much like The Incredible Hulk Returns was supposed to launch a Thor TV series).
But, neither ever took root.

The new Daredevil series is really good actually (not so new) I think is now on Disney plus (witch i don't have) the red haired tall, amazing legs chick as his secretary makes some eye candy action packed Getbigger hero show
