no i have only Friends or Mods can write to me so therefore i don´t understand why you can´t.
It would seem Chaos or "Krankenstein" has a problem because i wrote
"Maybe you should revaluate your training" because of his injuries (which he wrote)
I see no reason to complain about this ::)

Infact i was trying to give him my tip or maybe a pointer to avoid future injuries

My injuries....
Foot - 20yrs ago someone dropped a dumbell and it bounced and landed on my foot fracturing the distal end (near the joint). I had a bone spur develop from it over the years and only recently had it shaved down because I wasn't able to get good toe extension. That affected my running and ability to do lunges and other things. So....training injury? Hardly.
Shoulder....I was a swimmer and a gymnast for many many years and then 25 years of bodybuilding. Compound that with years of computer work, then the manual work I do now and continued use of computers for office. Thus resulting in some impingement. I rehabbed it properly. Didn't 'ignore it'. I took time off of my normal training so I didn't make things worse and I am building my strength back....the SMART way.
So fuck tard....PLEASE tell me where I am going wrong. Your tip???? Give me a breakdown on your vast knowledge of coming back from things like that.

Poor alignment and posture can put strain on the bones and joints, which over time can result in the growth of these.
Again revaluate your training

Let me elaborate Donald. The distal end of the 1st metatarsal was fractured. Boot for 6 weeks while healing. The podiatrist even said that there is a high probability of a spur developing later on due to the damage. The 1st metarsal-phalange joint was compromised. Over time the extensor hallicus longus tendon's pull along that joint caused the spur. Not poor posture.
You still have yet to inform me of your extensive background in injury rehab / physiology / etc. Please regail us with that so we all can start drinking of your wisdom and knowledge

It’s interesting how people treat the past like a tool you’re supposed to use without ever actually looking at it. “Learn from it, but don’t dwell on it” sounds neat, but it skips over the part where understanding anything requires sitting with it longer than is comfortable. Reflection isn’t the same as dwelling—it’s how meaning gets made in the first place.
If the past only matters when it provides clean, useful answers, then it’s not really being understood, just edited. And unexamined experiences don’t turn into wisdom—they just repeat themselves in quieter ways.
