Title: New pro BBer Training DVD
Post by: 240 is Back on May 07, 2006, 06:23:47 PM
Would anyone be interested in buying a complete training DVD series explaining in detail, how to properly train ALL bodyparts?

Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms, Quads/ hams...and a complete tutorial on contest posing from your 2006 Masters World Champ.

Just an informal poll.....

Do you feel now is the time to post that picture of 240 with his monster Zangief patch?   ;D

A Zangief reference. You must have played Street Fighter.  ;)

I think the saddest part about the pic is that Rob claims it was "morphed".  Now that's shame.

weedy, i posted the original pic. I had a serious look on my face, not that goofy ass grin the morpher put on it.

the goofy assed grin one.  I very rarely smile in poses.  And that one had an unnatural curve on the smile.  The original pic shows the morphing.  However weedy is a tad psycho and won't accept that.

No the saddest part is your unhealthy obsession with 240.
