Here´s a good workout which can be done at home with basic equipment :
Incline BB press 2x 6-8 SS with BB pullovers 2x 12-15
Flat DB Flys 2x 8-10 SS with BB rows 2x 8-10
BB Flat Bench press 2x 6-8 SS with DB Rows 2x 10-12
Of course reps/sets are just a guide & exercises can be substituted but all you need is basic free weight for a home chest / Back workout
