Something seems VERY bizarre and concerning with Stephanie Buttermore's recent death.
Jeff has vanished from social media.
Her "obituary" looks like it was written by A.I. The entire obituary just focuses on her science and fitness achievements. Family is not mentioned at all.
Her cause of death has not been revealed. Some people have reported it was suicide. Some people have reported kidney disease. Some people have reported heart failure. Someone even mentioned murder.
Chris Jones has been posting cryptic messages to Jeff Nippard concerning false prophets and that he warned him previously.
What really happened? I have a bad feeling that once we find out, it's going to shock a lot of people.

from what i remember over the years she was a fitness competitor at one time.
she worked for jason huh she was on his website at one time as a prep coach.
she did the all in challenge for a year and got fat which i think fucked her up mentally even more.
i think she killed herself or got killed either that or that fag nippard made her insane who knows .

Such a weird obituary. Really seems like it was AI generated. Family is not even mentioned. In my experience, obituaries usually mention who the decedent leaves behind. It's also weird they mentioned her all in diet in the obituary.

I think there's something to this. Im not sure the exact cause but I'd assume its no different than how anorexia or bulemics become "addicted" to getting/staying skinny, only with ozempic it is artificially induced as opposed to a mental disorder.
I don't think ozempic in and of itself causes dependency issues but there is something about weight loss (and fitness in general) that becomes addictive/habit forming.

What a gold mine genius idea the manufacturer had to target this diabetes drug for weight loss.
Many overweight people claim diets don’t work and that they’ve tried everything under the sun to lose weight. They feel like their bodies are defective and ONLY THEY can’t lose weight. They all claim they’ve tried dieting and it’s too hard, takes too much time, etc etc. And all they have to do is take this stuff and they will finally lose weight. I bet insurance even covers it.
But when they go off it, they run the risk of falling right back into their old habits that got them fat. I hear many folks I know say: “My doctor recommends ozempic”. Okay, understood, but how about going to the gym, tracking your food, and giving 100% to weighing food and never missing a workout? I never hear about them ever using a food scale. Or understanding that they will be hungry, it will take a long time, they will feel like crap at times, and that they will miss eating a large pizza whenever they want every day. I wish people understood that they can lose weight. But of course the drug and food companies prey on them and make it hard to resist their products.

We all crave food at times. Yes, I think about food and junk food sometimes. Yes I would love to eat pizza and burgers every night. But I don’t. People need to realize they will be hungry when losing weight. But they’re not going to die from being hungry. If you’re stuck in traffic and someone cuts you off, you may feel like ramming their car if you’re in the right. But you don’t and you shouldn’t. Same thought would be for dieting. Yes, you may be hungry at night and want to eat a gallon of cookie dough ice cream. But you don’t give into the thought and you shouldn’t.

People need to understand that they will be hungry when losing weight. But should view their hunger as positive because it means they’re burning fat. To lose weight and be in a deficit, yes you will be hungry. No you will not drop dead from feeling hungry. Yes you may be hungry while trying to fall asleep.
Of course candy, French fries, and pizza tastes great. Yes, I would love to go home and eat a large pizza and gallon of ice cream while sitting in a jacuzzi at night. But look at the majority of obese people at food courts and at night when watching tv. They’re eating that pizza and ice cream. It comes down to how bad you want to lose weight and how important it is to you.
If I ever get super hungry, I ask myself if I need to eat food or a specific food. If I know that I need food and chicken and rice sounds good, then I know I’m truly hungry for food. But if I only want pizza, I know I just have a craving.
And no, eating pizza or a pound of gummy bears after a hard workout or if you’re run down a bit doesn’t have magic glycogen replenishing powers. Have a shake or healthy meal!

Choice is pay money to jab yourself with needle and possibly have life threatening side effects. Or use a food scale, go to the gym, and use self control. Weight loss for a large obese person will not be easy. Yes, it stinks to be hungry and they will miss eating French fries and chips each day. But everyone’s body can lose weight. It may take years for some, but I’m not aware of a body being defective and unable to lose weight. Yes, working out may be hard. But it comes down to how important it is to a person imo.

I view food addiction the same as alcohol or drug addiction. If someone is addicted to cocaine, heroin, or meth…and they are trying to quit…they of course will be tempted to relapse. What then if they go to someone’s house and everyone is sitting around shooting up or drinking? Pretty easy for them to give in. Same for a fat person and they go to a party and see everyone eating pizza.
Think about a junkie seeing people using drugs or just seeing a pile of heroin. Their mouth will water for it just seeing it. What about if someone is addicted to junk food and they see a pile of peanut butter cups? Or a box of donuts on the table. They’ll of course start salvitating for the donuts. Even the peanut butter cup wrappers make you crave them. Elicits memories of how good they taste and how they make you feel good eating them.
I feel that the candy and junk food are so appealing because you know it gives instant satisfaction.
No one ever questions a fat person waddling out of a pizza parlor with 5 boxes or pizza. Or a fat person sitting at a Chinese buffet with plates stacked up on their table. So what’s different about a junkie walking out of a crack house with a bunch of crack? Why do we question them but not the fat guy at the pizza parlor?

I just don’t understand. Everyone can lose weight if they find the right diet and workout regimen and stick with it. Why inject yourself and pay money to do so if you can lose weight by eating correctly and walking?
