Got the idea from another topic, thanks to Humble Narcissist
Who should be on the list?
Steve Michalik for sure.

Through crazy heavy lifting he destroyed his hips and back. But even after major surgery and hip replacement, Ronnie the Retard continued to lift very heavy. Crippling himself into a wheelchair.
Retard Ronnie definitely belongs on the list:

Reason for Condition
Extreme Training: Coleman’s career was defined by immense weights, such as 800-lb squats and 755-lb deadlifts, which caused massive wear and tear.
Failed Surgeries: Multiple spinal surgeries (eight on his back, three on his neck) often made his mobility worse rather than better.
Surgical Hardware Failure: Broken screws from numerous surgeries have severely impacted his recovery.
Persistent Training: He continued to train heavy shortly after surgeries, which exacerbated his injuries.

Not at all! Was showing me something on the preacher curl bench, but same old crap. But he was a cool guy.

I don't know if these guys count as bodybuilders, but Bostin Loyd and Rich Piana have gotta be on the list.

Oh man, I forgot the synthol pioneers.
First up I've got Manfred Hoeberl on biceps and Ernie Taylor on triceps. Those two guys were legit mentally ill, absolute batshit crazy.
