anyone else get this?
when I go above 60kgs or so I get like a free chiro adjustment it feels like. A crackle along most of the spine. Not sure if this is a good thing or just damaging ??? I'm thinking I should stop this movement because of this. Im getting up there in age and last thing I want is back problems that is a pita to deal with.

The Doctor says to not go above 60kg.

Do the rows lying on a bench

yeah I guess I could use a back support but that would not be the same excercise then.
Anyways I think I will let go of the db rows better safe than sorry. I think I need to realize to make more compromizes as I age. Sadly...
