If you have tight hips, a tight upper back, sore shoulder blades, or a stiff neck…then I highly recommend the Pso-Rite, Pso-Back, Pso-Neck, and Pso-Spine devices.

They are the best self massage recovery devices I’ve ever used. I was able to release all the tight muscles in my neck and back. If you ever had sore knots in your upper back that just would not go away, these devices will help tremendously. You control the pressure and these devices are able to get very deep into restricted areas.

I prefer them over a PVC roller, foam roller, lacrosse ball, or even jamming your tight rhomboids against a wall corner or laying on a lacrosse ball.
