He is probably not. However, I am not sure what difference it makes. Not everyone who works out uses good form and the proper weight for the exercise. In fact, looking around the gym, I believe more do not that do. At least Obama works out or worked out at some point in his life. I met him and he is lean and fit with excellent posture, unlike some other politicians.
