I took bjj for quite a while , my instructor was 145, I was around 250as usual. He slept me inside 40 seconds. Was wild.

I’m 6’4 and been 240 ish for a long time. My older brother is 11 years my senior but was a purple belt in BJJ. When I was about 21-22 I thought I’d be able to test him. He’s 6’0 probably 185 at the time and jacked me up. It was impressive and humbling at the same time.
