Completely absurd. Working out 9-10 hours a week will greatly shorten your lifespan. The people who live the longest are people who are mostly sedentary with just enough resistance work and cardio like Okinawans.

Walk frequently, occasionally sprint, lift a few heavy things.
Not hard.
