Title: stretch marks surgery
Post by: MAXX on June 26, 2026, 09:56:57 AM
I have some big ass stretch marks in my armpits/chest. like 1cm wide.

so theorethically they can be closed up by surgery no? like removing the torn skin and stitching them up I mean. Anyone done it?

I never cared before even when girls and exes mentioned it. But when my son mentioned it and that it looks like "old man" skin there it struck my ego bad  :P

I got them when really young like 18, grew fast. Was skinny before doing various sports and then started weights and eating and "bulking" grew like 20 kgs in one year. Bulking was a terrible concept. should have grew slowly and probably could have avoided it

NO SURGERY. NO SURGERY.

Use pine tar soap, coconut oil, and cocoa butter on your wounds.

There are various different lasers used for that.

Even large ones?

seems to me you would have to remove/cut out the "cracked skin" and stitch the good skin together

Same story, growing suddenly at like 16 when I started natural lifting. I don't find the chest stretch marks as ugly as say if it was on my stomach. Mine faded a lot, almost can't see them even though they went down all my biceps. I'd imagine surgery would leave new scars, not much better?

Yes. scars for sure.

yes they are white now. But when i put my arms to my sides relaxed it kind of looks like a pussy. Yes my large stretch marks looks like a pussy.. The torn skin kind of wrinkles up and looks bad

anyways I think it may be that I lost a bit of volume coming off test and then it may look even worse. Best solution may be to just get bigger again

Well, you could consult a cosmetic surgeon and see the options.

Surgery wouldn't be covered by insurance though and would cost a crazy amount.

i mean is it really that expensive to remove excess skin and stitch it together?.. but yeah that's the plan.

basically removing the stretched/damaged skin is the only real solution. I think laser may work for smaller ones though.

Quote
Truth: Stretch marks are essentially scars, and weight loss has no more of an effect on them as it does on any other visible scarring. Even if your skin contracts well to your slimmer contours after losing weight, stretch marks will still be visible.

The only way to completely remove stretch marks is to surgically remove the affected area of skin; that is one benefit of tummy tuck surgery for many patients.

Cosmetic surgery is quite expensive and you pay the whole nut.

However, get a consult and look into it to see options.

Heck, any surgery nowadays is expensive but usually it's covered by insurance.  Cosmetic is not covered.

I just had hernia surgery.  The hospital outpatient alone was $15k.  Covered by insurance 80% fortunately.
The hospital billed the insurance company $45k!!!! The insurance company knocked the bill down to $15k.
The doctors will bill on top of that.

Insane.

Sounds like you got a loose skin problem and that loose skin also has stretch marks.

Kids are also dumb. You think he's gonna respect you more for getting your "old man" skin removed? Get him to grab you a beer and rub your feet or something

well that is true sometimes I really am insecure and act like a bitch, I freely admit that. I think everyone falls in to this from time to time thou

probabably a loose skin thing but it shows up on those big stretch marks because that skin is so thin due to being torn

anyways what's the difference from the other cosmetic things people do. Like guys gettting hair transplants or anything cosmetically. Gaining muscle is also to large extent cosmetic reasons people do it for.

Men are it’s wonderful. Embrace it. Get grainy, huge, dry and freaky with som old man skin. Fuck cremes and surgery to erase it.

My advice.....NEVER EVER allow yourself to be put under the knife unless you have to due to being sick, or you look like Rocky Dennis.

Better to ask getbiggers for an at-home solution.

Talk to Hankins about this, I'm sure he's been through the process or looked into it based on how quickly he's grown in the last few years.

If that's all you have you're doing good IMO but everything's relative. I'm hoping to get a bicep reattachment right now but you probably know how much the system here can suck :D

well I got some other issues also disc herniation in back and neck and also torn patellar tendon last year but that has healed well now actually, suprisingly well healed from that. Pretty worn out cartilage in my right knee aswell the surgeon told me when they opened op my knee to stitch together my patellar tendon  :'( :D

Yes if you want to get it done in reasonable time you need private insurance. We are heading to the same healthcare system as US unfortunately

Y’all torn up muthafuckas need to take up the trike. Maybe the lack of respect comes from the clearly fragile ego.

most my injuries came outside of the gym actually. Shit happens... Also if your muscles are strong you are more injury prone because of how hard and quick the muscles contract
