There was a couple a few years ago that were competing in fairly low-level events but they gained quite a bit of attention for all the implants they had. I think the dude had ab implants, chest implants and biceps implants. When he got down to a really low bodyfat you could see the outline of the implants

looks like the short head bicep has a short attachment at the distal tendon and the long head has a short insertion at the proximal and distal ( making it peak alot)

Nah there are videos of him out there.
I don't think that split looks good, but it only really shows after he gets a crazy bicep pump going. Arms and bicep peak look great otherwise .
