NOTHING INSPIRING ABOUT HIS "TRANSFORMATION"!!

The moron saw his bicep vein and thinks he's shredded to the bone. Just watched a video of him flexing in a posing room and side eyeballing everyone as if he's thinking "you ain't see nothing yet baby".

While the rest of us have been eating a sensible diet and staying lean all these years, he's been gorging himself and eating whatever he wants. We've been walking the walk all this time. Now he comes along and loses a bit a weight and he's acting like he's this elite fat loss master. His doctor is probably forcing him to drop weight for health reasons.

He's been on his little diet for a short time. Big deal. We've been eating sensibly for years. Let's see him continue this for the next 10 years.

We've had self discipline all these years and we've avoided pigging out ; all the while he's been stuffing himself and justifying it because he's a strongman.

He'll lose a bit more weight and then quit like he did in arm wrestling when it gets hard. Let me guess. He needs a GLP to get lean. Instead of putting the fork down and having self control, he needs a needle.

Wonder how long it will take him to gain all his weight back when he can't handle being hungry or weaker in the gym.

It's good to see Brian drop some weight for the sake of his help. He has no need to be walking around at 300lbs+.

He should tell his fat friend Eddie Hall to do the same.

Didn't watch the vid but I'm already certain he's on the GLP-1s. However I'm not against it at all as chemistry beats this so called "willpower" every time, as I've been preaching here for decades LOL ("there is only a chemical solution to the obesity epidemic in modern societies where food is plentiful"). And why not use all the modern tools? You're also not falling off the wagon as long as you take your weekly injection, hunger is not an issue (might be an issue in the other direction, trouble getting in all that you should) and from what I hear from friends you still feel surprisingly good mentally and physically and not deprived in any way. It's amazing to see how this class of drugs is changing "everything" and the drugs will just be getting better. Soon people are going to start putting on muscle automatically at the same as well.

"Willpower" is a favorite topic of mine :D

The arms look super skinny in that pic though :D
