The parking lot of Gold's Gym Venice used to have people living in their cars or Vans and showering and shitting in the gym rather than get a job to pay the high LA rent prices. Many gyms are 24 hrs these days and make this a viable option for lunatics.

I missed this story… having shopped in this store I’m surprised someone lived here. Mid Michigan has a low cost of living, Midland specifically has many places that are better to live in than a Family Fare store. There’s multiple vacant shopping centers, from Kmart to Farmer Jacks or she could live in the Sears at the mall. No one would have noticed.

Baker Mayfield and his wife lived in the Cleveland Stadium when he played there.
He used to clean the bathrooms after the games.
They had a commercial showing him cleaning up.
Now that he's with Tampa Bay he doesn't have to clean up anymore.

The poor woman. Just leave her alone. And to arrest her??? With all the horrible crime going on, I really don’t agree with arresting the poor lady.
I don’t see a problem; unless she was sleeping on the floor in front of the dumbbell rack. Or if she was sleeping on the turf with a yoga mat over her as a blanket. It would also be an issue if she was snoring loudly or soiling herself while sleeping. Other problems would be her leaving a stain from her body fluids on the turf if she soiled herself or urinated on herself while sleeping.
Didn’t the Godfather of Bodybuilding, Charles Glass, sleep in his car behind Gold’s? I remember a story someone once saw him early morning behind the gym.
There are suspicious people at my 24hr gym I go to. One guy will show up at 2:00 AM and go into the bathroom for about an hour. Other people sleep in their Scooby Do camper outside the gym and will come inside to shower and use the bathroom.
You could probably get away with sleeping on the floor or on a foam roller by making it seem like you were taking long rests in between sets in the stretching area. I used to nap on the foam roller when I worked in the gym. You could also get away with napping on the sofas in the lobby. But you would need to sleep while sitting upright and you would need to be ready to wake up in case someone came over to you. Thus, you would only get short naps if you did this overnight at a 24hr gym.
