So i had a picture of myself, when i was 13, to show women how lookalike i was to my daughter at that age. It was a picture of me as kid, without a shirt, on red shorts, siting in a staircase, nothing sexual. The picture completely vanished from my phone and from two messenger accounts i kept with these women. Is it possible it was erased by "outside" sources?

No, not possible. Check your deleted photos album on your phone. Check your i-Cloud.
Only way it could be deleted is if someone you know has access to your i-cloud account or has access to your phone.

Yes, they are monitoring you. Do a test. Start talking about some subject with someone in your house with phones or internet wifi on. Pick a subject you would never talk about. Within a couple days you will see that subject popping up on ads and Youtube recommendations.

I started just saying "platypus" randomly around the house, then in my FB account there was an article on mammals that lay eggs with a picture of said platypus

If you shared the picture with people from your phone, it should still be stored locally on the device.
Depending on what phone you have (apple or android) it could also be automatically backed up to your cloud photo album.
But I've never heard of / or experienced per user moderation by Apple or Google. If it was flagged by their algos as objectionable, it could be automatically removed from your cloud account but not from the device. Also I'd assume you'd get some kind of intimation or a email warning you about the content.

Funny that the original pic has also vanished. I has me, my cousins and my brother, all 4 kids/teens and shirtless, playing soccer. I know i shared it by messenger with one of those cousins, and disappeared also.

I said "Bhanky" a dozen times a day and posts about him appeared on Getbig.
