These guys literally look like they put on a crap muscle suit. No real muscle, all bloof and oil, no power to the physiques, they jump on the drugs and get the weak looking stuck on traps, blown out guts and waddle about, great inspiration

Instead of starting a new thread I'll put this here regarding guts.
&t=1019s
As much as I dislike Israetel I have to say Greg is a dumbass and Mike is mostly right. Mike has some visceral fat and Mike says his belly is big because of a weak stomach wall but Greg insisted that despite the MRI showing normal sized organs Mike must have enlarged organs which would explain the belly. I think the huge food volume and heavy lifting causes a lot of the stomach distention seen in big bodybuilders. The ab separation you see in a bodybuilder like Keone Pearson is not due to huge organs. As I've been sick and have gotten to very low stomach BF my belly is still huge. It's all the deadlifting and the resulting ab separation, plus the anterior pelvic tilt I have which also contributed.
To top it all off Greg says "yes Mike is strong but he's very unhealthy." Unhealthy, probably, but strong? No, not when struggling to bench 280 or whatever.

I'm glad the more aesthetic man carried the day this year.

I'd say 99.9% of all men would be very happy to have arms as big & full
as Derek's - easy to slag him off when we can't compare with him.

"Slag" is a British and Australian slang term most commonly used as a highly offensive and derogatory noun for a woman perceived as promiscuous
Meanings and Usage
• Derogatory Noun: In British, Australian, and Irish informal speech, calling someone a "slag" is a severe insult aimed at a woman's sexual reputation or behavior.
• Phrasal Verb ("To slag off"): Less offensive than the noun, the expression "to slag [someone] off" means to criticize, scold, or talk trash about a person harshly.
• Industrial and Geological Root: Outside of slang, "slag" primarily refers to the stony waste matter separated from metals during smelting, or rough cinders from volcanic activity and mining.
I had never heard such a ridiculous term. I had to look up "slag". Why are you using this term in reference to Derek who is male?

The second point in your post :D
The thing I notice most is the 'intrusive /r/' UK people often insert when they speak :D
"I saw[r] a film about law[r] and order"

I see conflicting explanations of usage all over google when I looked this up. Some say it's only about women, others say it's not gender specific. I'm confused and need Ilooneyati to explain. I guess it's a British and Australian term? I thought he was from Norway so I'm confused.

slag off = slander
pretty much
In British slang, to "slag off" means to criticize, disparage, or speak unkindly about someone or something behind their back (or sometimes openly).[1] When a person is "slagging" someone off, they are complaining about them, mocking them, or making hostile remarks to express their disapproval.

Okay thank you. Never heard that before. Sounded like something from the Isle of Man or Tasmania.
