Post by: HRDCOR on May 10, 2006, 06:40:42 PM: I remember the poster of Berry Demay that had him in a similar shot in black and white , also the one that him doing a side chest with smaller poses inserted underneath , they were inspirational and fantastic , every gym had them up , Berry,s bod was used to complement body building every where you went , it was amazing , we need some one similar today to act as bodybuildings poster boy for inspiration !!!

It's a good question...do you think people really are THAT easily 'intimidated'?

Seems like its only a matter of time before the heaviest dumbell in a gym is a 35kg (75lbs)

That being said its the fans that are screaming for the athletes to be bigger and drier and 'glutier'.

But now theres not even pics of guys like Tito or Stan just waterfalls and cliffs with cliche'd 'motivational' slogans on em

oh and of course cross promotional marketing strategies

I went to columbia this winter for vacantion and it their gym they had a Huge poster of shawn Ray doing a side chest.
He looked awesome it is the best pic I saw of him, really motivating

When I think of Berry I think of when he competed in the 1983 IFBB Worlds... The top three heavyweights were Bob Paris, Berry, and giant Ralf Moeller. Wow, what a lineup.
