Whenever I see pictures of alex, I wonder whether anybody has ever had the guts to tell him that the monobrow doesn't fly.

I'm not hating, I just find it strange that in a sport dominated by looks that something so trivial and "wrong" would not be pounced upon or atleast fixed.  He is a monster though.

Not to bust balls but he doesn't look like he's about to do any damage on a pro or amateur stage anywhere.  His chest is and always will be way underdeveloped and he looks like an odd mix of mismatched bodyparts.  Additionally, his condition this close to the show speaks volumes and I have to begin to think that he definately needs help with contest prep perhaps via Milos or some such guru.  He is a big guy and is a Pro who I'm sure looks incredibly impressive in a gym full of nonbodybuilders and fitness enthusiats but that won't carry much weight on stage.  I wish him all the best.

Everything but his chest can be dismissed with the point that he has time majorly on his side.

No, I would guess that he doesn't know the proper form. Or he doesn't use Gakic, I heard that thing will increase your bench press by 20%. If not he should ask Alexxx for some chest training tips.  I am hearing that it is working wonders for Lee Priest.

Someone should tell him to use DB instead of the bar.  Warm up with the 90s and pyramid up to the 130s

In order to reap the full rewards of Gakic, he should at least stack it with Cell-Tech. Just Cell-Tech alone turned David Henry into a Pro without any steroids (according to him), so imagine a Gakic/Cell-Tech stack!  Alexander could add slab after slab of beef to that chest in just 4 weeks.

I hear ya but for the most part, the guys who last in the sport and can make a living out of it are the top guys that do well.  They may fade with age but they'll have enough of the spotlight to get them the contracts and sponsors they need to continue.   Alex has Universal for now but he was old new before he was any news.  He won't last long enough to determine whether time is on his side or not.  Too much went too wrong too early.

quick question, how much multi-vitamin should he take per day? Also would drinking more water help him improve?

Why yes and for the record creatine has been proven to be more effective than steriods!  He should definately immediately double his creatine and stack that with Gakic.  He'd be unstopable!

A simple one-a-day should be sufficent, and lots of water is always recommended when taking creatine. Later, when he has a few Gakic/Cell-Tech cycles under his belt, he may want to incorporate some Nitro-tech in the mix. I don't advise it just yet because he'd be looking at 60% gains, and I don't know if his body could take it.

hmm..this is all too complicated.  The Ad with the scientist in white lab coats looking at the Gakic bottle indicated that that is all that he would need to bring his chest up.  Look what it did for Badell. I would bet that if Ron Coleman used Gakic and BSN he would get better.

Cant believe how many IDIOT ASSHOLE HATERS there are on getbig.com. Its probably because you SUCK at everything you do or try to do and are TOO SCARED to try and become the best at anything so you would rather hide behind your little keyboard. One thing is for sure, when you have the balls to look at yourselves in a mirror you HATERS must really wish you were dead instead of alive. No self esteem, no self respect NOTHING but a BIG L in the reflection.

The reason those MuscleTech scientists wear labcoats is because Gakic is so dangerously powerful. If one of them was to spill the product on their bare skin, they would see localized muscle growth wherever it made contact. This would leave them looking deformed.
I heard a few years back, before all the safety precautions were in place, that a plant worker fell in the cell-tech vat and literally exploded because he grew so fast.

Unfortunately, (or fortunately, depending on your disposition) there are people who come to getbig and just.don't.get.it

You are one of them.

Say what you will, nobody is actually wishing any hate on the guy, we're just pointing out that due to his injury he has been weak in the chest.
