hey guys
I need some tips/ideas on how to boost my bodyweight.. I was 220 about 2months ago and today when i saw my doctor. I was was 205. Now, i throught that I gain more weight. bc I've gained alot of muscle mass and gain a lot of stronger. I've been eat 7-8 meals a day. even i sometimes get up and eat. if i get up to piss.. I do have to walk a lotfor work. but I just doint understander why I'm losing weight if I'm eating so much more?? this is a rough manu that i do
meal one 4 wholes eggs, 1/2 oatmeal
pre training 4 gcreatine/5 g glutamine /tribulus
post training whey shake +5 g creatine
meal two 4 oz chicken breast/ yam/corn
meal three work break college cheese / oat bar
meal four right after work whey shake
meal five 4 oz stake/corn/10oz whole milk
meal six 10oz chicken breast/corn bread
meal 7 whey shake+tsp natural pb
is there anything that i should change.. right now, its hard for me to really pund down so meals bc i have a really bad sore thoat. that hurts like hell.

Eating a huge pot of beef, rice and broccoli right fricken now.... NOTHING BETTER.... BEEF, IT'S WHAT FOR DINNER... AND LUNCH... AND BREAKFAST SOMETIMES... AND SOMETIMES FOR THAT MEAL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT...

I usually throw some BEEF in my weightgainer shakes myself.
Before I go to bed, I usually brush with BEEFpaste.

If you wanna grow, eat. Red meat, eggs, potatoes, pancakes, pasta, rice (don't listen to anyone--it does not matter whether it is white or brown), chicken, and, believe it or not, bread. These are some of your friends. These are the friends you should be hanging out with anywhere between 6-8 times a day. Go out, have a beer and relax… Try to get laid--it is a good de-stressor.
