Darrem has been in the game awhile now, and he seemed really upset when he lost last night, and i know it probably hurt even more by losing to a new jack. Although he's still relatively a young guy (37 or 38} his time to gain an access pass to the sport's "top 5" club is dwindling down. I've been watching Darrem's physique change and mature into the top of the line physique he has today. I'm wondering now with this kid beating him, if he's entertaining the thought of hanging up the trunk's?

He was owning Ronnie in the early 90's, but hasn't really changed all that much since, compared to other pros. Maybe he should go for a drastic change just to see what would happen.
-
He'll probably nail his condition next week and be in the top 3.
-
Upping the dosage? It'll probably be the end of his career, as he's known for his sharpness. On the other hand, he's known not to go overboard with supplementation so his receptor's may not be all burnt to shit.He might respond well to a different stimuli.

Be in the top 3? He was second in this show and won the NY last year, He expects nothing less than 1st in any show but the O and Arnold.

NOC
-
First, he'll have a bowel movement, targeted at the big paper check that says 2nd place.
NOC sounds better every day... throw in Darrem with...
Lee Priest
King
Vince the Prince
Jack "CitiRhino" London
Vinny "In the Vein of Zane" Galanti
R Jones
Frey "D" Cat.
And a few more that I don't know if I'm allowed to mention...
-
Darrem needs to realize that the new superstar of the IFBB is Phil Heath. Darrem is too quiet, no exciting enough, and since you need some glamour to gain the support of sponsors, they see a rising quality in Phil.
New York - Darrem has to face Dennis James, Phil Heath again and King Kamali - all in great shape. He will be out of the top 5 in New York. Oh well..

You have to realise 240, that there is only 1 first place ;)
You make it sound like everyone who will be in the pdi will win.
If lets say... Lee Priest finish first and Vince second, people are still gonna call BS at the judges just like every ifbb pro show.
Darrem won't look better if he switch to the PDI and he will still place second or third of fith.
-
Darrem is one put together cat. He just gets it packed in his ass by the judges alot like many other IFBB pros.
-
I say to Darrem don't change a damn thing. He was one of the reasons i got into BB in the first place. The guy looks fantastic. Someday people are going to realise that you don't have to be 280ibs to be a champion.
Darrem is one of the guys who the general public can relate to. He is one of the guys who 99% of you guys on this board can aspire and dream to be like with a hint a realism.
He is also one of the best liked, most professional guys on the scene. A true gentleman and family man. He may not represent what some of you people who post on here want to see (although i wonder what anybody likes on this board because it seems like all you do is take the piss out of everyone) but he represets the future of this sport.
so there....... take that! ;)
-
Darrem should just keep doing what he has been doing, if it aint broke dont fix it, when I lasted checked he was blingged out, ONE!~
-
If I was in Darrem shoes, I'd re-group and be tighter in NY, plain and simple!

I'm guessing his next move is some sort of pop-n-lock.
Drink till you blink

this is absurd, he looks wierder than most pros...its not so much the size that disturbs the 'general public', its more the insane conditioning, all the striations and veins. the general public sure as hell does not relate to darrem, certainly no more that to someone like cutler, especially with darrems weird alien head.
i dont find him aesthetic at all, he is not what i aspire to look like.

*yawn*
LOL... I for one am duly impressed!

I have to agree about him not being aesthetic. He does have a tight waist, but largish arms and smallish legs are not particularly aesthetic.

If I were Darrem Charlies I would pretend that I was Darrem Charles

Since he already qualified for the Olympia.. he should focus in bringing his quads up

It'll be hard for him to get sweep ,it just doesn't come naturally to him :-\

Hahahahaha, that would be great! A series of lumps along the outside of his quads would garner little suspicion ;D

Why, Darrem, why? :'(
-
darrem was the first to use synthol to lengthen his head.
actually sam cassell may have been first.
-
I'm a Darrem fan, but his waist got HUGE quick and Phil should have beaten him. I wish Darrem all the luck in the NY Pro.
