Place your bets now :D Im going out on a limb here, but i think Phil Heath will take it.. I know u all think he to small, but he's only like 10lbs smaller then dexter, and dexter has been beatin guys like Dennis James and Markus for years.. So as long as Heath can come in even tighter then he was in CO. He stands a good chance of taking the NOC..

As much as the haters will jump all over this...I'm on the Kamali train....I received two pics from the king, taken last week....and just let me tell you, He is gonna do some damage. And the top 6 or whatever at the beginning of this thread...he is going to EASILY beat most of them. No joke guys...

It's nice the hometown guy got the gold in Denver. It's like Gunther(?) over Ronnie when he was sponsored by GNC. That one blind sided everyone. Dont know if Phil will make top 5 in NY.

Dude! You've got to post those pics! This way everyone can see for themselves how this guy has made some serious improvements and will definatley be a threat at the show.

How was his win a gift? It was at least very close from the pics between him and Darrem. I could understand saying you thougt Darem should have won but to call it an outright gift is rediculous. From the pics, I thought Phil was the clear winner, so did all the Judges based on their votes and pretty much everyone else I spoke to that saw the show or was a the show.
As far as who'll win the NYPRO, I think Phil again. As I said in the countdown to the Colorado show, if Rodney dials it in, hell be top 5 easily. He took 6th because he wasn't dialed in. He should be for this show and should be top 3 if he does. Hopefully Kamali bings his a game and does very well. I don' know him but i've met him a few times and he's very pleasant guy despite all the hate he gets here.

is there only a week left? he's very big but will he come in condition? as for his chest, looks MUCH better. in the next couple of years I think it will get better and better. where can i see a competitor list?

It's not posing, he's just not very wide especially when he's standing there. When he starts to pose, muscles jumps out of everywhere and his shoulders are pretty good. He's like the opposite of Dillet. When Dillet stands there, he's Mr O. once he starts to pose he drops to about 5h or 6th. When Phil stands there he's about 5th or 6th, when he starts to pose he jumps to 1st or 2nd.
I think he will have problems when he move up against guys who are very wide ala Victor or Jay. Kind of like Flex had problems with Dorian and Ronnie.

This may just be one of the best line ups of the year
I think this is Darrems show as he is not going to get beat 2x by Heath and the other question is can Heath peak 2x. And if I am correct Darrem won this last year...
