Hey Arnold is it true that the 1972 Olympia was fixed?
I wouldn't say it was fixed just that I turned out to be the better man that day. Sergio was very close but had a crappy attitude thats why I never understood how he could just throw it all away and walk offstage.

It is for the weak fat kids with little work ethics. A champion bodybuilder doesn't limit himself to only one set. A champion trains hard.

Arnold what kind of weights did you use back in the day?
My program mainly consisted of heavy barbell and dumbell movements. 5 exercises 5 sets of 6-10 repetitions. When I was looking for pure mass I would workout up to 8 hours a day. Now I see bodybuilders training 30 -1 hour a day and that really brings a big smile on my face. They don't have what it takes to be the best, to go through the pain barrier and come back the victor. Thats why they already lost before they step onstage. They are a bunch of Girly-men!
