Michael, you're being too gentle.

Take off the kid gloves.

Ramp up by 50MCG increments.

50-100-150-150-100-50

That's six weeks......

Do this.

What kind of results can one expect with this dosage pattern for 6 weeks. (assuming calorie intake remains the same)

I agree with DIV, you're nit-picking your dose too much bro. You don't have a lot to lose, just stick with what DIV just said and it will give you a very nice finishing touch. Don't be scared of the t-3, you're not an idiot and you know how this is supposed to work.

BTW bro's, I just saw Big Mike a few days ago, he's just a little over 3wks out and he is dialing it in perfectly, I'd say he's right on schedule.

Stay strong and hungry Mike...shit, I know you're hungry ;)

Ramping up that slowly is old school. T3 has a half life of about 4-6 hours so you'll know how you'll react the same day you take it.

Having said that, I would still be careful. Increase the dose by .25 eod. Too much too soon could get you in big trouble fast if you happen to have a latent hyperthyroid condition.

.75 is about my max. Had a real scary day when I went over that. Just be careful until you know what your body can tolerate

Hopefully Michael doesn't lose it in pre-contest prep.....

He needs to avoid stress and do a good carb-up....

Agreed.

Mikes a sharp guy and he's really busted his ass for this, he's planned out and stuck to his prep religiously, so I expect only good things from Mike come June 10th. His heart and mind is in this 100%...he should do well.

it would be wise to include an extra week where the dose is 12.5 as well.  Because this will prepare you for the drop off when the cycle ends.  By drop off, I mean your energy levels which you will certainly see crash.  By tapering down to 12.5 you start to get a taste of the crash and can start judging how much caffaiene or ephera you are going to need over the next two weeks to see you through.    nothing worse than stopping and then missing a week in the gym because you are dragging ass and can't focus.
