Btw about 188 5'10.  Other than get a better picxtrure, any critique's?   Just finished bulking, added almost 10 lbs over the last 3 months.

yeah, I always have had abs.  They are deep when I am regular.  I am a true hardgainer.  Usually lean w/out much effort, I ate so much to gain these 10.  Cytogainer and no xplode helped with the weight.

Great gains & you look very good!Very good set of traps you have going for you there.May be the pic but just looking at what you posted you may need more work on the upper chest & your arms may be a little too small when compared to the rest of your physique.Like I mentioned, could just be the pic & the angles.All in all very good work.
