Finally kroger is producing a product that serves our needs.  Low carbs, low fat, and lots of protien.  Here at the stats.

The best part was it only cost 39 cents per.
I bought 30, and have dedicated an entire shelf in my fridge to the product.
Tastes Great!!!  Awesome for a quick snack every 2 hours.

These Yogarts are truely the best!!!  I ate 6 last night.  I didn't seen any aspartane on the label so I am curious as to how they make them taste so good with so little carbs and fat.

They are the generic Kroger brand, you can get them at any Kroger grociery store.  I live down in Texas, where kroger is everywhere.  Not sure if they are a nationally located chain or not.
