i always take glutamine, atleast 15-20g....and protein shakes are a must for me...u need to figure out how much protein u need to be taking in.

Why would you stop them?

the only thing that may be a concern is the creatine because of water retention but it depends on how much water you retain during cycle..if you are taking airimidex you should be fine... you are getting ready to have some fun

Yes creatine could cause a lot of water retention, but used armidex and i was fine. The creatine really adds to your performance in the gym

Dont get too fancy with the supps, a good multi vitamin and some whey protien should be enough.
Take that money and buy lots of real, quality food. Beef, chicken, fish, eggs, potatos, rice, milk, etc...........that kind of stuff (or more gear). Now go eat some food!
