I know this will get moved but i am putting this here for quick responses.
My quads just starting cramping like a mother fucker and i had to crawl up my stairs to get my food out of the oven and i can not stand straight up without bad cramping, i worked out my legs 1-2 hours ago and have never had this happen this bad before!!!!!!
What should i do, i have already stretched and it doesn't seem to be helping :'(

minerals and such need to be replaced asap

Eat a bannana, thats what the old guys down at the park would tell me when my calves would start to cramp from B-Ball

Get some Zinc, Magnesium and Calcium supps into ya
Take a hot shower, angle the head directly at your quads and massage the heck out of them....

I can't believe i didn't think of that, i guess it's cause i never had it happen this bad before.

go do some more squats for high reps, but don't drink any water.....oh yeah and superset them with extensions.

bananas, water, gatorade. and some nice coca cola to break shit up fast if you can live with the sugar.

some salt will help but you need some minerals,like someone above mentioned gator aid is great,the high sugers suck though but it sure beats cramping

I think what went wrong was i working out more intense then usual but kept my food and liquid intake the same, along with 30-50 rep leg extensions at the end 8) ;D
