Title: anybody else
Post by: Always Sore on May 25, 2006, 09:17:18 AM
i have been adding a couple of light sets of t-bar rows to my shoulder day (used to use them on back days but phased them out) in kind of a controlled pull with my delts not a full on arms extended regular row motion. i find i get a really good shoulder pump, so not that i am original just curious if anybody else has tried it.thanks.

That controlled pull you speak of.  Is that similar to the technique used for the "over the shoulder boulder holder"?

no more of a pull as opposed to a heave and hold...:)

if your using a  t bar row machine (not t bars in the corner) your just doing a  rear  delt row. i've heard of ppl doing doing deads on shoulder days too. so, if it works then keep doing it.
