Good work.Starting to get a good taper.Your chest must be pretty big as your waist doesn't look 37.5 inches. Are you doing a show or just getting in shape for your own satisfaction.

Thanks.  My waist is alot smaller.  Im wearing 36's  and their falling off now, so 34's feel good.  I always measure up higher than i wear my pants because thats the worst measurement, so i go with that.
So i should call that a stomach measurement i guess.

My chest expanded is at 54 and relaxed at 51.

Yes gonna do a show this summer or late fall.  Want to be ready and ripped 2 months before to adjust to stuff.                            Thanks for your post!!

Thnx matrix.   I tend to have a flat sergio bicep tho.   Im doing only partials at the top of mach curls and holding and flexing...its working a little.

I almost never work arms for obvious reasons.   Gotta keep in some kinda balance.

Not trying to take the piss, but is that pic before or after you have lost 20lbs?

Either way you look to have some decent size under the bodyfat.  Good luck stripping it off.

Thats the best feeling in the world.   3 weeks ago i bought some new cargo shorts for summer and now they fall off.
My wife said "arent you pissed"   I said the $20 i paid isnt worth the feeling of getting a smaller waist!!! 8)
