Im kind of new to this stuff, but I want to go out and buy a heavy bag tommarow, would this one be ok? Or is 70 pounds to light?
http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=3556748 ???
Thanks,
Ben

I would go with a wavemaster bag - can move it around - easy to adjust the height

Do a search for Ringside. They have the best quality boxing stuff at the cheapest prices. I think it's Ringside.com. Instead of getting a plastic junk bag you might get a quality bag for almost the same price. Get a paper catalog from them. I think it has more stuff than the web site. They make good stuff.

Ok, I got a 70 lb bag from a friend for now.
Can anyone give me a link to a website or book or something that shows me some moves? Right now all I know to do is some straight on punches and high kicks.
