Im currently moving house at the moment and was the member of quite an expensive gym. With all the expenses involved I have cancelled the gym membership.
I was considering buying an olympic barbell and using it for deadlifts in the empty room I currently have and puting my bench in there aswell so I can do dumbell presses (the house is being decorated so im not living there yet).
Currently have:
Dumbells
Bench (for use with dumbells)
My bench also has a thing on the bottom of it for hamstring curls
Ezcurl bar

Any ideas how I can best train my whole body with this equipment?
Thanks in advance,

Do you think he built that physique with press ups and chin ups?
Thanks for the links, but i dont have any of the stuff they do. However, they have given me the inspiration to give press ups a try since I prob cant do many.

I beleive those guys have gym equip. somewhere and use it... as well as built up some of it in jail or prison... now out on gear and showing how they started... I highly doubt thats how they workout now.. espicially chest..

I began training with fasting down to skin and bones. Then began adding cheap protein (eggs, tuna, beans)
and doing push ups and sit ups. I am now 5'5" and 217lbs of all muscle. Check out my website www.mobworkout.com .

Henry Rollins works out at home with a barbell, a squat rack and 500 lbs of weights.

Have you considered taking a break from the weights and doing a "bodyweight only" workout? It might be a nice change. Here's an example:
