just curious to see what people think of when they train,lately on back day i been envisioning dorian in blood and guts banging out those one arm hammer rows,its been helping me create alittle better intensity,ears ago i used to remember arnolds bicep on education of a bodybuilder when hammering my biceps

lol,i was doing chest the other day and felt a pain in my right pec,i said to myself oh no i hope im not having a heart attack or something,id be doing the red fox thing holding my chest screaming elizabeth im coming to heaven to see ya baby,lol

right on. me too. i always try to look at a certain spot somewhere but by about the 8-10 rep range it gets a bit out of focus. :P

If you're asking pro's they don't train hard enough to envision anything...............b ut, I was training at Gold's the same time Platz used to, he was a complete freak and totally seemed to just tune out his surroundings. By far the hardest training bodybuilder I've ever seen to this day!!

concentrate on the muscle itself....Forget what arnold said(unless you train cooked)
