Here it is fellows:
3/4 cup oatmeal (never instant)
35 grams whey protein
1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter
1 whole banana
1 small handfull strawberries (frozen are cheaper)
1 cup lowfat strawberry bananna or vanilla yogurt (publix)
1 egg (yoke and all, f**k it)
3/4 cup milk
handful of ice
This turns out to be over 55 grams of good protein, great low glycemic and simple carb mix, and is just around 900 calories
It is awesome right before bed, or after breakfast, or post workout
Tip: always grind the oatmeal in the blender by itself first and then add the other ingredients ;)

I do a shake similar, but during the day post workout. I use chocolat powder to do the banana, penut butter, choclate thing...mmmmmm

Gawwwddammnn... that's a SERIOUS shake ;)
I love adding oatmeal to my shakes, makes them nice and full tasting.

you aint lying..... I incorporat ABB XXL with oatmeal and do the pre grind first as well it really helps.

take out the milk and add Soy milk and throw in a 1/2 a cup to a cup of creatine powder

soy milk promotes estrogen.... and why compromise the quality of cow milk protein with a substandard protein like soy?

Maybe in large ammounts but 5 grams or so of soy protein here & there won't kill you (or make you grow tits).

the quality of soy protein is far inferior to that of dairy milk, and it also promotes estrogen. Basically it is couterintuitive for a bodybuilder to be using soy products. The only people I see buying it at the store are either barefooted or have on birkenstock sandles with matted up hair and rings in their face.
You may need to read up on this one Zeaker and you will proly quit soyin it up.
