Gunter will be there, posing at a reported 320 pounds. Should be cool.  Based on the number on entrants, this should be the largest field of competitors yet for this show. Derek Farnsworth will also be there, should be interesting to see Derek and Gunter on stage together again, the large and the small.

I will be there supporting Lonnie Teper's show, as will many others, including the beautiful Timea Majorova and Cynthia Bridges and Cathy LeFrancois. Oh yea, some pro bodybuilders too :)

Prejudging starts at 11 am, finals are at 6:30... located at the Sexson Auditorium on the campus of Pasadena City College.  I always enjoy this show, usually have lots of fun, good competition, and get to check out Lonnie Teper, the best emcee in the sport, who is always at his best at this one, mcing in a style that is perfect for him, informative, wildly entertaining (and sometimes even sings and dances!). Yes, afterwards he eats the usually chocolate cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory in hopping Old town Pasadena!

Oh yes, I went last year..  It was the best show I've been to.. Lonnie really knows how to put on a show!  I'll be there tomorrow, hope to see you guys !!

    Ill be there to compete in both the teen and collegiate division. Gotta represent Powerhouse gym, yucaipa......isnt that right ARMZ?

I hope so..  That's what we pay you for..   ;)  Don't forget about the photo shoot here with ironman magazine in 3 weeks!  Good luck tomorrow and at the Teen Nationals!!
