Ha,ha! I miss that old ESPN show.
The first time I saw Levrone was on ESPN's American Muscle show. He'd crack me up the way he was always growling when he posed. At the time Kevin seemed as hardcore as they came.

Who counts the bar on the smith machine? 225 pounds, no it is 180. The bar never counts, because it wieghs nothing when attached to the smith machine.
"Give me a dime.." lol.
Lesson of the first video: the bar on any smith machine never counts towards your total weight.

faulty logic. the bar does weigh something, and it depends on the machine. some have a 15 pound bar, i've used a few that take a regular olympic 45 pound bar and weld the hooks onto it for a ghetto smith machine from hell. no matter whether it's in the track or not, the bar still weighs the same and it still requires the same upward force to push it. put a scale on a bench and let the bar rest on it, it will say the bar has weight to it.
i think the smith's a shitty machine, i've never done a single exercise on it that didn't hurt more than the freeweight version, but you're still wrong.

True that, it feels lighter since it's connected to the rack and you don't have to balance it.

ray the instigator, and levrone gettin fired up from it! hahah!!! looks like theyre having good times!
