Anna Nicole Smith has seen that fence from both sides. You could consult her.

[Oh, if you do see her, could you tell her that I'm big fan and I love masturbating to her pictures?]

Most of them are wack jobs.  They don`t realize that all you have to do is expend all of your calories that you are taking in and just get enough protien and you will be ripped.

The shit cannot be any easier.

JESUS.  He could turn water into wine cheese into southbeach pizza, and bread into chicken.

And he was diced when he was nailed on the Cross.

Aceto

I was thinking the same. Chris Aceto - Laura creavalle's husband (don't know if he still is) seemed like a knowledgable, reliable guy (at least from what I could make out of his articles in various mags). He used to help out Mike Francois and even Jay Cutler. Don't know if Jay still consults him or not though. His articles in FLEX mag were very informative and useful.

The Body Opus is far far off from a liquid diet, it's more solid than anything! The liquid part isthe weekend when you drink 1 big glucose drink, 16g per kilo of bodyweight

Do you think Eugene Sandow gave a fuck about a glucose drink?

He was 5`9 205 lbs.  That about as big as the largest naturals today.

http://www.brinkzone.com  = I the articles on how to eat a healthy basic diet are good. His stuff on supplements..

He seems to be focusing a lot on reviewing supplements, which is probably good for business. People always love quick fixes.

Takes away some cred though IMO.

He is also a guy who addresses people with "Hey Gang". Which is teh shit IMO. 8)

then why are you fat in all your pics?

He has pics of when he was "ripped."  But, the problem was, he was about 10% bodyfat.  This was at a time he was calling out precontest bbers for their useless diet techniques.

Of course, when people called him on the fact that his "ripped" was fatter than Jay Cutler's offseason look.....the pics haven't been seen since.

Sandow was jacked. In those old pics he looked real hard and dry. If he walked around every day looking like that than he was a FREAK! I don't think they had contests to peak for back than so maybe he was in that shape 365 days a year. :o

Sandow had genetics, you don't!
Also the photos are black and white, makes him look more ripped, BUT he was and always will be the man that lead the way for lifting in order to attain a physique, he lifted everyday for the whole day.

Chuck Rudolph is the shit IMO. I used to date a fitness pro.  He started doing her diets and I was amazed at the difference.  His attention to detail was amazing.  He isn't working with QT anymore.  If you follow what he says there is no doubt you'll get incredible results.  He has his own website: www.DietsbyChuck.com

I'd put him up against anyone in the industry, period.

I would say Alexxx, he knows about taking in protein.  He even does it straight from the tap and his clients are always satisfied.  And he works cheap. $25 will get you off. He even opens his mouth afterwards and shows you that he swallowed every last drop.

The thing I liked about chuck is that he explained everything.  If you had a question he had no problem explaining exactly why he wanted you to do what he said.  No "secrets" with this guy.  Good luck with your show

You HAVE to change your website dude. You won't be taken seriously if you keep using plain HTML.
