I'll be forced this week to train first thing. No time for a meal, what do you guys do? Just wait for your pw shake? Have it in the middle? Just have some bcaas and wait for your shake afterwards?? Thanks boys!

If you're that crunched for time, prepare something to eat the night before. Wake up, eat it or drink it if its a shake and then train...by no means should you be training on empty. I saw your other thread about training first thing w/o food and I don't understand why you're so hell bent on training this way. I know you say that there is no time for food, but there is absolutely no way you don't have time for at least a shake...you can chug a shake in a matter of seconds. Another option would be to by pre-made shakes, they cost more but they are already good to go. Last option, buy some egg whites, you can buy some from Egg Whites International, and you can just drink them if there is no time for cooking...no need to worry about bacteria with this product.
Eat then train, it's a must. If you still can't do this then find another time to train during the day when you can eat.

i wouldnt train first thing in the morning on a empty stomach in a catabolic state....atleast do a quick whey shake before.

End of story dude. And all the answers are going to be the same.

I would take the week off. :)
That's good advice too. I don't take enough breaks; I've been told about every 12-16 weeks or so to let your body have a nice week off.

I couldn't do that unless my body told me i absolutly had to. Not just because people say its good to do every 16 weeks or whatever. Love Training too much, unless my training was lagging and the fun was stopping i would take some time off.

Train after your day to day routine is over.I don't think there's any reason you cannot get a session in after your daily commitments are done w/unless you don't go to a 24 hr. gym.

i train now one day a week, as soon as I wake up and supringsly, it hasnt been topo bad. I can then sit, relax and eat all damn day and know that food is going to muscle building.....It's usually on Monday, so maybe it's from the weekend, but workouts are solid...530am sucks though lol
