Last thing I heard he ran or was part of a hormone replacement clinic somewhere in Anaheim Hills. We used to compete together when we were teenagers and I beat him on a few occations!

he did a couple of appearances on there but he was the host of AMM for awhile Ron Harris was too, i remember the first time i ever saw Flex Wheeler was on that show i was like 20 or so and couldn't believe what i was looking at.

I just saw him a few months ago at Club MET-Rx in Costa Mesa.  Still in good shape.  He was yapping away on his cell while doing leg extensions...

calf implants?  he had none when he was training the 2 days before the 89 nationals @ paradise gym, miami florida.
