Does anyone suggest you still go balls to the wall on leg day when your in the low carb/cuttin phase of your training. Does it matter , Im trying to get out the water in my thighs... any suggestions ??? How bout cardio before and after ..or is that too much.
Some sample workouts would help too!
I will seriously try them out and tell you what happened

I don't know what you mean by getting the water out of your legs.
You need to be hydrated while cutting.
How far off is your contest?
Stick with your regular leg workout, unless, for some reason, you are going to failure when you train legs.
Squats 4*8
Front Squats 4*8
Avoid failure.

Definately stick with your regular work out. Dont forget hams,calves

go as hard as you can on any training day.
how low is "low carb"? if its below 1 gram per pound bodyweight its too low.
water in legs?
if anything its still fat (depending on how far out you are).
Water doesnt need to be worried about until 3 days out from a show.

i never really go low carbs. but always train as hard as possible of course when dieting down the wieghts arent always gonna be as heavy here is the two routines i switch after a month.
routine a
barbell squats 15*-12*-10-10-10 * warm up sets
walking dumbell lunges 3 sets x a set distance back and forth
stiff leg dumbell deads 15*-12*12-12-12
lying one leg plate slides 3x10
cool down sets dumbell squats 1x15
stiff leg dumbell dead 1x15
routine b
barbell hack squats 15*-12* 10-8-6
leg ext 3x12
stiff leg barbell deads 15*-12*-12-12-12
lying leg curls 3x12
cool down sets front squats 1x15
stiff leg barbell deads 1x15
