Title: RIPPED FUEL WHILE PACKIN ON MASS

   I KNOW CUTTING AND PUTTING ON POUNDS ARE TOO OPPOSSITE SIDES OF THE FIELD, BUT WHILE USING RIPPED FUEL, I HAVE BURNT FAT AND GAINED MUSCLE IN THE PAST. I'M PRETTY SURE RIPPED FUEL IS THE SAME AS THE OTHER FAT BURNERS, BUT I THINK IT'S A LITTLE DIFFERENT1.        2. CAN'T YOU USE IT SAY IN THE MORNING FOR CARDIO, LATER IN THE DAY, THEN THE REST OF THE DAY EAT BIG. I NEED TO SROP SOME FAT, BUT I TOOK A BREAK AND WANT TO GET TO ADDING SOME GOOD MASS, WHAT YALL THINK?

Your diet and amounts of cardio determines how much fat you lose. in my opinion it is a waste to attempt what you are doing. bulk or cut? you need to decide one or the other...

i think cutting supplments are a waste its hard enough to put on the pounds or not to go over board when dieting lol
