Is Toney on getbig?
YES Mars !
Toney posted on the thread with the pics of him from Mike Arvilla's show.
Toney is a fucking monster and I hope he find the time to post more
-
toney fears no one here, dont fuck with him. he is the next big thing!
-
hes a really cool cat too, and sems to really konw what he is doing. he will squash gunter if the judges eyes are open.
-
They all are but most of them fear the "SQUAD" far too much to come out of hiding. Tell him you'll play nice and he'll probably poke his head in for a quick hello.
Toney should not be worried, if a legend like Sarcasm asks him a respectful question he is alright.

I do love my bison. I'll eat a Buffalo's butt if you cook it right!! LOL ;D I only eat ground bison the rest is to pricey. I'm working on a sponsor for my food so i can eat only the best. If you cook it correctly it's very tender and delicious. Cook it medium. I squat every .week I go all the way down until my hams touch my calves. I don't use anymore than 405. Usually I do 315lbs. for as many sets of 15 reps as I can stand 5-10 sets. Don't forget your hams bros...peace
-
don't forget hams? I though you said you eat bison? I'm confused now

I pay between 3.99-4.99/lb 1lb has about 100gm protein and 2-10% fat

you don't squat Mike?

anyone who has a hard time finding buffalo might check into ostrich meat to see if its more available in their area.....similar nutritional makeup (low fat, high protein but needs to be cooked carefully so its not too dry)

We've got a brew pub in town that cooks up bison (locally raised, no less) nicely, with the steaks marinated or the burgers topped with a good cheese. Both methods get around the dryness issue. It tastes a bit different but 1/2 way through your order it comes into its own.

Buffalo meat is awesome but i have no idea where to buy it at?
I am 6'0 and train just like Toney does for squats, deep high reps for lots of sets. It's alot easier since squats are somwhat awkward for me already.

Hey Toney,
Is the way you break your bodyparts down still the same as your first article in MD? Six days a week, deadlifts on it's on day etc.
-
I do dead after Hams and glutes now. I'm switching to 7 days a weeks.I'll only take off when I really need to which won't be to often I hope.
-
I hear you, what is your bodypart breakdown now?
-
I change order about every 3-4 wks. Right now I on: Back am,
chest am, arms pm
quads glutes am
delts and traps am
hams, glutes and deads am
chest am, arms pm
Back,Triangle of death( bent rows,t-bar from floor,one arm row)One week Heavy 8 reps 5sets
-
that's alot of training brother, good luck. I see some bodyparts get hit twice a week. What is the off-season diet looking like?

You never had an excuse Mike. Seriously.
I trained with guys 6'5" and they squated.

Hey Toney,
We met at the Arnold and the Pittsburgh Pro about 4 years ago. You gave me some great pointers on working on leveling out my upper lats/ rear delts. I wanted to say thanks and that the tips worked.
Keep up the good work. I have always been a big fan since you won your pro card.
-
Toney, good to have you on the boards.
congrats on your spread in last Months MD.
