Title: Lifting Heavy? Any routines?

Does anyone know any good routines for Squats and Deadlift? I asked the powerlifting board but they're all F*cked up and simply don't post anything of value.

Here is my revolutionary powerlifting routine. It's guaranteed to increase your total.

Squat - bunch of heavy sets
Bench Press - bunch of heavy sets
Deadlift - bunch of heavy sets
